Inner Tube
The inner tube is laser cut from the same aluminium that the skins are cut from. All of the holes have been sized to accomodate all of the resin detail pieces used to finish the body. The skins simply attach to the body by pop rivots or glue.
Laser cut aluminum skin
The skins are completly laser cut and formed to fit the inner tube. Simply attach by pop rivoting on the main body to the aluminum tube, grind the heads off and then just attach the panels. This, the newest version of the skins, have flush inset panels with the inner panels recessed, just like the real deal.
