Fiberglass Dome
This particular dome is a fiberglass casting of a hand etched, aluminum spun correctly shaped dome. The dome is outfitted with both "original" holo emmiters and main eye.
The holo emmiters are castings of a Viscount map light just like the real R2 used. While these map lights are still available occationaly on the secondary market, they run anywhere from $100 to $300 depending on the market at the time.
The main eye and processor boxes are cast from an originals. While I am certain of the fact that this is indeed a cast from the real thing, I won't go into it's history.
