Outer Foot
The foot is pretty simple to put together. The top body is a vac formed shell. The bottom pan is resin. Simply cut the shell to fit the pan, glue in place, and add the details and the recieving slot for the leg.
Not pictured is the battery pack portion. The battery pack consists of a front and back panel in resin, as well as the front latches. The main body of the pack is simply styrene wrapped around the plates.
